All coaches, volunteers, and staff members are required to complete safeguarding training before working with participants. Training covers:
- Recognizing signs of abuse and neglect
- Appropriate boundaries and professional conduct
- Reporting procedures and legal obligations
- Creating safe environments for all participants
Training is updated annually and includes both online modules and in-person workshops. For more information about training requirements, please contact our Safeguarding Officer.
