National Championship Montecatini 2026 Medals

"It is difficult to find the right words to describe the emotions experienced at the last Anbima-MWF National Championship," comments our President and Coach. "It was, without a doubt, our greatest challenge: 18 choreographies brought to the field, an immense commitment that involved every single athlete, from the tiny "Kids" to the extraordinary novelty of the "Vintage" group.

We return home with 10 podiums, an exceptional result that only tells part of the story. Because today, the greatest pride is not just in the metal of the medals, but in the value of every single execution. Even those who did not reach the podium presented superb work, standing tall against a high national technical level.

This Championship had a special flavor: that of true group work. Every piece of music, every costume, every choreographic passage was the result of a deep collaboration between senior athletes, captains, assistant coaches, and myself. Often works made by "many hands" risk appearing fragmented; we, instead, managed to merge everyone's ideas into a single harmonious vision. There is a touch of each of us in what the audience saw, and seeing it transform into something so wonderful was our greatest victory.

As a coach and as a society, there is a detail that is worth more than any score: for the first time, I saw the athletes truly having fun. They were present with their bodies, their minds, but above all with their hearts. They believed in it from the first to the last second, and I with them. We are proud of all the athletes; the level of the performances was undoubtedly high, also confirmed by the sincere compliments received from other societies.

The first goal of 2026 has been achieved; now we must focus on the May Championship and win the selection for the Europeans!

To the athletes, parents, chaperones, and all those who cheered for us in the arena or from home... Thank you!
