Italy receives the European flag: appointment in 2026
During the closing ceremony of the I.B.T.F. European Majorettes Championships held in Poreč, Croatia, the President of Majorettes Onda Azzurra held a prominent role for the Italian Twirling Federation.
As a FITw Federal Councilor, he had the honor of representing Italy during the solemn flag handover ceremony. This symbolic act officially marks the passing of the torch from Croatia to Italy, which will have the honor of hosting the next I.B.T.F. European Majorettes Championships in October 2026.
This is a role of great institutional responsibility that highlights the constant commitment of our President and our club in supporting the growth of the Twirling and Majorettes movement at both national and European levels.
